Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.Condition of Products

How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:

Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.Packaging and Shipping
Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund.Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like to exchange. Upon receipt of your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
